zhanghao 18249720f4 feat: 添加运行时流程组件，包括RuntimeNode、CustomFlow和用于管理流程可视化的索引 
- 引入了RuntimeNode.vue，用于渲染带有连接手柄的单个节点。
- 创建了CustomFlow.vue文件，用于展示节点详情并管理输入/输出参数。
- 开发了index.vue作为流程的主界面，集成了VueFlow进行节点管理。
- 在ContextMenu.vue中实现了上下文菜单，以便用户在机器人管理器中进行交互。
- 添加了TechButtonWithLine.vue，用于制作具有动态SVG线条和悬停效果的视觉增强按钮。
- 在index.js中包含了用于页面导航和数据格式化的实用函数。

@cmvr/iot-common

CMVR IoT applications share their application shell, permissions, common components and reusable business pages through this package.

Each host must call configureCmvrCommon before mounting Vue. API endpoints, authentication cookies and browser storage remain isolated per application.
